As the temporary staffing vendor for Rotary International’s 2014 International Convention in Sydney, Event-Crew provided staff across registration, retail and promotion for an event with more than 18,000 attendees.
The challenge
A convention of 18,000+ attendees needed reliable staff across many functions at once — registration cashiering, bookstore retail, flyer distribution and radio sales — with the agency expected to learn Rotary’s unique requirements ahead of time.
