Ushers and directional staff keep delegates moving smoothly through your venue — guiding, directing and monitoring rooms so sessions start on time and nobody gets lost.
Large venues with multiple concurrent streams live or die on wayfinding. Our ushers position themselves at decision points — entrances, escalators, breakout corridors and session doors — to direct delegates, manage crowd flow between sessions and answer the constant stream of "where do I go?" questions, so your venue feels effortless to navigate.
Inside session rooms our directional staff handle seating, door monitoring, headcounts and access control, and signal speakers and AV when rooms are ready. We have provided ushering teams for conferences running dozens of concurrent streams, keeping thousands of delegates on schedule across a full program.
